A Foshan Atelier Building Cellars Since 2009
VIPHONYA designs, engineers and fabricates climate-controlled storage for wine and cigars — stainless steel, glass, Spanish cedar and integrated refrigeration. That is the entire catalogue, and it has been since the workshop opened.
We started in 2009 in Lecong, the Foshan district that supplies architectural stainless steel to much of China's furniture and fit-out trade. The first years were fabrication only; we brought refrigeration in-house because we were unwilling to hand our tolerances to a third party and hope. Every unit that leaves the floor today is built around a cooling system we specified ourselves.
6,600 m² of integrated fabrication now produce more than 3,000 units a year. Each one is inspected in full — visually and functionally — before it is crated. There is no sampling and no batch release on the strength of one good piece.

Production & Craft
All structural profiles are laser-cut and CNC-formed in-house, then joined with argon-shielded TIG welding and finished by electrolytic passivation — the same process chain used on every stainless cellar, cabinet and racking system we ship.
- Fabrication: laser cutting, CNC bending, TIG welding, passivation, PVD vacuum coating
- Climate assembly: compressor, evaporator and control modules bench-tested before cabinet integration
- Quality gates: dimensional check, glass and seal inspection, cooling pull-down test, export crate trial fit
